assign Type exit to leave diskpart.
Download and install the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool from Microsoft’s official website (it’s still available via archive repositories or Microsoft’s official distribution points).
Launch the tool and click Browse to select your Windows 7 ISO file. Click Next .
The tool will format the drive and make it bootable automatically. Wait for the status to show “Backup completed” (or similar completion message).
Insert your USB drive and open Command Prompt as Administrator (Right-click → Run as Administrator).
Select your USB drive from the dropdown menu and click Begin copying .
