If you move freight with CCTL more than once a month, get a portal login. If you move freight daily, demand API access or a dedicated account rep who sends daily tracking spreadsheets. cctl tracking

If you still get nothing, escalate to CCTL’s operations manager. Every carrier has one. Ask dispatch: “Who is the on-call ops manager for this region?” That person has the authority to pull ELD data or call the driver’s personal phone. Drop it in the comments
