"The Conjuring 2" is a supernatural horror film directed by James Wan, based on the true story of paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren and their investigation into a haunted house. The film is a sequel to "The Conjuring" (2013) and stars Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson as the Warrens. Plot The film begins with Ed and Lorraine Warren investigating a case in Perron family’s farmhouse. The Perrons are experiencing terrifying supernatural occurrences, such as unexplained movements and possessions. The Warrens soon discover that the house was once the site of a horrific murder committed by a witch named Bathsheba Sherman, who made a pact with the devil.
