This page is for docents only. It allows you to sign up for available time slots with your name and email address (no password or registration required). You can return here to see what upcoming activities you are signed up for. Important – You cannot cancel your sign ups through this site. To cancel, contact the person responsible for that particular event.

INSTRUCTIONS

Near the top of the page, enter your full name (last name must be included) and email address and click ‘Sign In’
Choose the Category of activity you want to sign up for. For example ‘Visitor Center’, ‘Tree Watering’, etc.
Click any time slot that says ‘Sign Up’.
A confirmation window will appear. Double check the date and time, and confirm by clicking ‘Sign Up’.

How do I cancel a sign up?

You cannot cancel sign ups through this portal. Please contact the person coordinating the activity you signed up for to cancel.

Who can see my sign ups?

All docents have access to this page, and can see all sign ups on these pages. What you see on this page is what everyone sees. Docents can only see your name for a sign up, however, managers of each activity can see your email address when you sign up for a time slot.
