What’s the coolest thing you’ve pulled off with MigotoVR? 📢 MigotoVR – Quick Reminder
Just a reminder that MigotoVR (3Dmigoto for VR) lets you do things most VR mods can’t — per-eye model swapping, toggling individual shaders, hiding UI elements, and even creating custom “photo mode” tools in VR games. migotovr
Compatible with most DirectX 11 VR games (SkyrimVR, Fallout 4 VR, some Unity/Unreal titles via wrapper). What’s the coolest thing you’ve pulled off with MigotoVR
Also — major respect to the original 3Dmigoto devs and the VR fork maintainers. This tool is janky but brilliant. Also — major respect to the original 3Dmigoto
Big thanks to the modders who still dig into the HLSL and frame analysis to make this work. If you haven’t tried it yet, look up the “Migoto VR” Discord — the docs are scattered but the community is helpful.
If anyone has a clean step-by-step on using the frame debugger for model swapping (not just hiding stuff), drop a link 🙏
⚠️ Steep learning curve, but incredibly powerful. 📁 Docs & examples in the MigotoVR server. MigotoVR: the unsung hero of advanced VR modding. Per-eye shader replacement, model swapping, and full UI control. Not beginner-friendly, but if you want to really modify a VR game at the GPU level, nothing else comes close. 🔧🥽 #VRModding #MigotoVR Option 4: “Tutorial request / appreciation” post I’ve been diving back into MigotoVR lately for SkyrimVR. Finally got per-eye texture replacement working without ghosting.
