So here’s my thought for today: What Namaste Actually Means In its simplest translation from Sanskrit, Namaste means: “The divine light in me bows to the divine light in you.”

Let’s talk about that one word that seems to carry the weight of a thousand hellos, goodbyes, and peaceful moments all at once. namaste america

You’ve seen it on yoga mats, tote bags, and coffee shop chalkboards. You’ve probably heard it at the end of a meditation class or whispered between deep breaths. But Namaste —the spirit of it—is something America could use a little more of right now. So here’s my thought for today: What Namaste
