I’ve tried Pokeich a few times now, hoping to find a reliable go-to for poke in the area. The good news: the fish tastes fresh, and the topping selection is decent, with solid options like spicy salmon, edamame, and seaweed salad. The signature sauces are flavorful, especially the wasabi mayo.
Unfortunately, there are a few recurring issues. Portion sizes vary dramatically depending on who’s working—one day my bowl was generous, the next it looked half-empty. The avocado is often underripe, and the rice has been dry or clumpy on two separate occasions.
