Once open, right-click its icon on the taskbar and select Pin to taskbar for one-click access later.
Go to Start > All Apps (or “All programs”) > scroll down to Windows Accessories folder. The Snipping Tool is inside. where is the snipping tool located
Click the Start button (or press the Windows key ) and just type “Snipping Tool.” It will appear at the top of the search results. Click to open. Once open, right-click its icon on the taskbar
