Install XCIPTV from the official Google Play Store, Amazon Appstore, or their website.

Transfer your .m3u file to your device (via USB, Download folder, or cloud storage).

Result: The app will load channels, EPG, and VOD automatically. Use this if your provider gave you a long link ending in .m3u or .m3u8 .
