Coal: black speckles. Iron: beige squares. Gold: bright yellow. Redstone: glowing crimson pulses. Lapis: a deep, royal blue. And – cyan stars burning in the dark.
Stone became transparent. Dirt vanished into a hazy ghost-layer. Gravel flickered like static. And there, screaming in solid, jewel-toned defiance against the void-gray background, were the ores.
