Mayuri Movie [verified] May 2026

Here’s a comprehensive content piece on the classic Indian film (1984), suitable for a blog, video essay, or social media post. Title: Mayuri (1984): The True Story of a Dancing Phoenix Who Refused to Fall Introduction In the history of Indian cinema, few biopics have captured the raw, unfiltered spirit of human resilience like "Mayuri." Directed by the legendary Singeetam Srinivasa Rao , this 1984 Telugu film (later dubbed into several languages) isn't just a movie—it's a documentary of the soul. It tells the astonishing true story of Dr. Sudha Chandran , a trained Bharatanatyam dancer who lost her leg in a tragic accident and then fought all odds to dance again on a prosthetic "Jaipur Foot." Plot Summary The film follows Mayuri (played by Sudha Chandran herself), a young woman with an undying passion for classical dance. Her life takes a devastating turn when she meets with a bus accident near Tiruchirappalli. The injury leads to gangrene, and doctors amputate her right leg to save her life.

Version 3.3.10 released

Posted on

GLFW 3.3.10 is available for download.

This is a bug fix release. It adds fixes for issues on all supported platforms.

Binaries for Visual C++ 2010 and 2012 are no longer included. These versions are no longer supported by Microsoft and should not be used. This release of GLFW can still be compiled with them if necessary, but future releases will drop this support.

Binaries for the original MinGW distribution are no longer included. MinGW appears to no longer be maintained and should not be used. The much more capable MinGW-w64 project should be used instead. This release of GLFW can still be compiled with the original MinGW if necessary, but future releases will drop this support.

Version 3.3.9 released

Posted on

GLFW 3.3.9 is available for download.

This is primarily a bug fix release for all supported platforms but it also adds libdecor support for Wayland. This provides better window decorations in some desktop environments, notably GNOME.

With this release GLFW should be fully usable on Wayland, although there are still some issues left to resolve.
